International Orders

International shipments using USPS First Class generally arrive within 7-14 business days after shipping. In some unusual cases, shipment can take up to 3-5 weeks, depending on your country's customs operations and delivery systems. Deliveries via DHL, FED EX, and UPS are much faster but require additional payment.

To help alleviate issues with tariffs and importing fees, we aim to mark all international deliveries as sunglasses, unless asked not to do so, although we are not responsible for any tariffs and/or taxes your country of residence might charge for your parcel.

Please note that not every country and destination offer package tracking. Therefore, we cannot guarantee any international deliveries not sent by a premium delivery that requires signature.

Shipping Upgrades
We offer Signature Confirmation and 3rd Party Shipping Insurance, which can be purchased at checkout individually.

Please note that you can select only one upgrade at checkout, but you can message the Sunglass Museum if you would like both and we will invoice you for any additional fees.

Here’s what each upgrade entails:

Signature Confirmation ($2.95). For extra security, your delivery will require a signature upon delivery.

Third-Party Shipping Insurance ($2.00 for the first sunglass, $1.00 for additional sunglasses, for up to $300.00 with Free Standard Shipping). You will be insured for packages lost or damaged in transit. Packages that are delivered and claimed by the recipient as not delivered will not qualify.

Shipping Policies (U.S. and International)

Please note that all packages over five (5) pounds may require special shipping quotes. Please message the Sunglass Museum for any special shipping quotes and shipping questions.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days excluding U.S. holidays. Tracking information will be emailed with a notification that your order has shipped as soon as it is processed.

Sunglass Museum ships to your address exactly as you entered it at checkout. For this reason, please make sure your shipping address is 100% correct, as we are not responsible for any errors with order entry. All refused or returned packages are subject to a 15% restocking fee. There is no refund on shipping fees for any refused, unclaimed, or unpaid duty or taxes. We do not refund International packages returned after 75 days due to unpaid duty or taxes. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. In such situations, please contact the carrier directly.

Wholesale items available. We do not accept refunds for wholesale purchases.
