USPS will only attempt a delivery twice, so please make arrangements if you are unable to be there. If someone is not at the location to accept the package, it may be returned to sender after one attempt depending on the delivery service.

• Handling Time: After receiving your cleared payment, we need 0-8 business days (for sandals: 0-5 days, for bags: 1-8 days for Jewels (1-8) to process your purchase (this does not include the number of business days the shipping service will take to deliver the item to you). We will not send packages until payments appear to us as "cleared".

The product you receive may not be exactly identical to the one pictured. These small natural imperfections, which may be slight color, or shape give handcrafted items their innate soulful character and appeal. Our products are crafted by highly skilled artisans who take pride in producing superior quality items.
