CANCELLATIONS:
All cancellations can be done within 2 Hours of purchase or if the item is still marked “unshipped”. If your order has already been marked shipped, it cannot be cancelled/undone/returned.

REFUNDS/RETURNS:

All sales are final and non-refundable.

I try my best to take high quality pictures and write accurate descriptions of each item, and the buyer is responsible for reading the entire description and viewing all photos before making a purchase. Since everything I sell is vintage and antique, all items are sold as is.

The address you provide on Etsy is the address that your order will be shipped to. DishUponAStar is not responsible for items being shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If you notice a mistake to your address, please contact me BEFORE the item is marked Shipped.
If an order is returned due to the buyer providing an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for having the order re-shipped to the correct address.

LOST or DAMAGED:

In the event that the USPS mishandles your package and your order arrives damaged or your package is lost, the buyer can file a claim directly with the United States Postal Service, but please understand that a refund will not be issued until the claim is processed and a refund is issued by the USPS.
FOR INTERNATIONAL SHOPPERS:
Because handling varies so greatly between countries, I cannot be responsible for items lost or broken in the mail. Although I DO NOT REFUND international orders, however, I do insure all packages. Meaning, if any item gets lost or damaged in the mail, I can help you reclaim any damages through the USPS. Everything is shipped First Class International unless the Buyer upgrades to Priority at checkout.
To maintain the integrity of this shop, I will not mark merchandise values below their actual value or mark merchandise as "gifts" on the customs processing form. This practice is strictly prohibited by the U.S. and International Governments.

Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country customs authorities and they may charge you a customs/tax fee/duties or VAT. Shipments from the USA to other countries can take up to 60 days to arrive. DishUponAStar is not responsible for any item held in Customs. Customs processes, import duties and sales taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
