I always suggest measuring yourself to insure proper fit of jeans and shorts. Every product I sell is listed in my shop with a size chart and measurements, along with a measuring guide to ensure proper fit. Please refer to the size chart, measurements, and measuring guide provided to make the best choice based on your measurements.

EXCHANGES:

Every item will arrive with a tag attached. IF THE TAG IS REMOVED A REFUND WILL NOT BE HONORED. IF THE TAG IS REMOVED AN EXCHANGE WILL NOT BE HONORED.


If your product does not fit properly, and you feel a different size would suit you better, please review the exchange policy below.

In the event of an exchange or return, buyer is responsible for return shipping. If it is an exchange, I will cover the shipping charges to ship your new item for domestic shipping only. If it is international shipping the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs both ways. This is due to international shipping charges being so high.



There are no refunds and/or exchanges due to color of the product. This policy is clearly stated on every listing. By purchasing your order you have agreed to this policy as it is also clearly stated on every listing. Every product I sell is listed with clear pictures of the colors it is sold in. I can not be held responsible for variations of colors due to computer monitors, mobile device screens, etc. Please refer to all pictures provided on the product for accurate color descriptions.

**Vintage Products**
Vintage items are defined as "20 years or older."
Vintage items are not new.
I will absolutely not refund and/or exchange due to the age of the product. If the item is vintage it will be clearly stated on the listing. By purchasing a vintage item you agree to this policy.



If product is damaged and/or something is wrong it THAT IS WITHIN MY CONTROL I will accept returns/refunds.

All purchased items are shipped United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Shipping times vary depending on location, weather, etc. Tracking is always included for all purchases, if it has not been provided to you after a purchase please contact me.

Priority mail normally takes 2-4 business days inside of the United States.
International shipping times vary depending on where you are located. From my experience it normally takes about two weeks after the item is shipped. Customs information is provided after purchase. If you have not received customs information after a purchase please contact me.

You are solely responsible for any additional charges you may incur for international purchases.
